Can I load up my own subcontractors?

Yes you can. They are yours and we don't share them with others. We can help you with a template to import them in bulk or you are able to add them one at a time (whichever you prefer)

Can I export a list of subs I have invited including phone and emails?

Yes into CSV or XLS on demand

When a sub replies to my invite do I get emailed to my business email too?

Yes you are copied on all replies to an email you prefer. You can see all your replies in our platform too.

Does this work for residential contractors?

We were built for commercial contractors, this includes our list.

Does a subcontractor I invite need to login to the plan room to see it?

No when you upload your plans we create a link to be shared directly they can access without logging in.

Can I see which contractors have viewed/downloaded the plans?

Yes
